These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hubannero Figma plugin ("Plugin"), website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using Hubannero, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of service
Hubannero allows users to create animations within Figma and export designs as HTML5 banners, GIF, or MP4 files, packaged in a downloadable ZIP file. You are responsible for ensuring exported files are suitable for your intended use and comply with the requirements of any platform or ad network you deliver them to.
Accounts and Subscriptions
To access Pro features, you must provide a valid email address and activate your license key. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential — it is tied to your Figma account and cannot be used on more than one account simultaneously.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the plan selected at hubannero.com/access. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Hubannero does not store payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date through the Customer Portal accessible from within the Plugin or at hubannero.com.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Full payment is required after the trial period ends to continue using Pro features. The free trial is available once per customer and is non-transferable.
License Key: Upon successful subscription, you will receive a unique activation key by email. This key activates Pro features within the Plugin and is linked to your Figma account. Sharing, reselling, or transferring your key to another person is not permitted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until that date.
Due to the digital nature of the Service, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at contact@hubannero.com within 7 days of the charge.
EU/UK customers: You may have a right to withdraw from a digital service purchase within 14 days. By activating your license key and using Pro features before this period ends, you explicitly acknowledge that the service has commenced and waive your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.
Australian customers: Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.All customers: If you are located outside Australia, you may also have rights under the laws of your own country that we are required to respect. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude those rights.
Usage Data
Hubannero collects anonymous usage data — including export events, format choices, and session activity — to improve the Service. This data is linked to your Figma user numeric ID and license key but is not shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes. By using the Service you consent to this collection. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using Hubannero, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Exported Code and Integrations
Hubannero exports HTML5/CSS banners in formats compatible with Google Ads, DV360, Generic IAB, Sizmek (Amazon), and Xandr. While we optimise exports for platform compatibility, you are responsible for testing and verifying that exported files meet the specific requirements of your chosen platform or client. Hubannero makes no guarantee that exported files will be approved by any particular ad network.
Service Availability
Hubannero strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or operate without interruption, delay, or error. Access to the Service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, security reasons, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Service relies on third-party platforms and providers, including but not limited to Figma, Stripe, Supabase, Render, Resend, and cloud infrastructure providers.
Hubannero is not responsible for the availability, performance, functionality, policies, actions, omissions, outages, restrictions, API changes, pricing changes, or discontinuation of any third-party platform or service. Changes made by such providers may affect the operation or functionality of Hubannero without notice.
Feature Changes and Pricing
We may add, modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, export formats, or functionality from time to time in order to improve the Service, address technical issues, comply with legal obligations, or respond to changes in third-party platforms.We may change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice before any pricing change takes effect for their subscription.
Investigation of Misuse
Hubannero may investigate suspected misuse, fraud, abuse, security incidents, unlawful activity, violations of these Terms, or attempts to circumvent subscription, licensing, or technical restrictions.
Force Majeure
Hubannero will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, internet outages, labour disputes, government actions, cloud provider failures, or interruptions affecting third-party platforms relied upon by the Service.
User Content and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content, assets, designs, advertisements, code, materials, and files created, uploaded, processed, exported, distributed, or published using the Service.You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licences, permissions, and authority necessary to use such content and that your use of the Service does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hubannero, its owner, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:(a) your use of the Service;
(b) your exported content or files;
(c) your breach of these Terms; or
(d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.To the maximum extent permitted by law:
(a) Hubannero excludes all implied warranties, representations, and guarantees not capable of being excluded by law;
(b) Hubannero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption;
(c) Hubannero's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to Hubannero during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property Enforcement
If you believe that any material associated with the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact us at contact@hubannero.com with reasonable details of your claim. We reserve the right to investigate and take any action we consider appropriate.
Survival
Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including Intellectual Property, User Content, Indemnity, Limitation of Liability, Privacy, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution provisions, will continue to apply after termination.
Intellectual Property
The Plugin, website, and all related materials are owned by Hubannero and protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You retain full ownership of the designs you create in Figma. Hubannero only processes your frames to generate animation code and export files — we do not claim any rights over your design content.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubannero is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Plugin, exported files, or any third-party platform that receives those files.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and license key if you breach these Terms, including attempting to share or circumvent subscription restrictions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and access to Pro features will end at the conclusion of the current billing period.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at hubannero.com/private. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, except where your local consumer laws provide otherwise.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Plugin or its source code
- Share, resell, or transfer your license key to another person or account
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
- Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or exploit subscription or license verification

This Privacy Policy explains what information Hubannero collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
Who We Are
Hubannero is a Figma plugin and web service for creating and exporting animated banners. We are based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. For privacy enquiries contact: contact@hubannero.com
What We Collect
Information you provide:
Email address — collected when you purchase a subscription via Stripe
License key — generated and issued to you on purchaseI
Information collected automatically when you use the Plugin:
Figma user ID — your unique Figma account identifier
Export events — what formats you export (HTML, GIF, MP4), how many banners, and how long exports take
Session events — when the plugin is opened and when banners are added to the export queue
Error messages — if an export fails, the error type is recorded
We do not collect your Figma design content, layer names (beyond what is needed for export), or any personal information beyond your email address.
How We Use It
- To issue and validate your license key
- To manage your subscription and billing via Stripe
- To deliver your activation key by email via Resend
- To monitor service reliability and diagnose technical issues
- To understand how the Plugin is used so we can improve it
- We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the Service.
Third Parties
We use the following third-party services to operate Hubannero:
Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy
Supabase — database hosting for license and usage data, hosted on AWS infrastructure
Resend — transactional email delivery
Render — cloud hosting for our backend server
Figma — the platform the Plugin runs within.
Figma's privacy policy applies to your Figma account data: figma.com/privacy
None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your email address and license key for as long as your subscription is active, and for up to 2 years after cancellation for accounting and support purposes. Usage event data is retained indefinitely in aggregate but can be deleted on request.
Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
EU/UK residents: You have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local
supervisory authority.
Australian residents: You have rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.To exercise any of these rights, email contact@hubannero.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Our website (hubannero.com) may use cookies for basic functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Plugin itself does not use cookies.
Usage Data and Legal Basis

Security
We take reasonable technical, organisational, and administrative measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, maintain business records, and improve the Service.
Account and subscription records may be retained after cancellation where required for accounting, taxation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
Free Trial Abuse Prevention
