These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hubannero Figma plugin (“Plugin”), website, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using Hubannero, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of service
Hubannero allows users to export selected Figma frames into HTML banners, packaged in a downloadable ZIP file.
You may use the free version of the Plugin subject to feature limitations. Paid subscriptions (“Pro Accounts”) unlock additional features. You are responsible for ensuring that any exported content complies with applicable advertising standards, platform requirements, and laws.
Accounts and Subscriptions
To access Pro features, you must create an account and provide accurate registration details.Subscriptions are billed according to the pricing plan available at hubannero.com/pricing.Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Hubannero does not store payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for new users.At the end of the trial, continued use of Pro features requires a paid subscription.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service, all subscription payments are non-refundable.If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support at [contact@hubannero.com].
Intellectual Property
The Plugin, website, and related materials are owned by Hubannero and protected under copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. You retain ownership of the content you design in Figma. Hubannero only generates code and assets based on your frames.
Exported Code and Integrations
Hubannero exports HTML/CSS banners in formats compatible with Google Ads / DV360, Generic IAB, Sizmek (Amazon), and Xandr. While we optimise code for speed and standards compliance, you are responsible for testing and verifying compatibility with your chosen ad platforms.
Limitation of Liability
Hubannero provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind.We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the Plugin or exported code.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Plugin.
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass subscription restrictions.
